Delivery Hero is seeking a Local Shops Head of Commercial, Foodora Europe (f/m/d) to join our Regional European Team in our amazing Hero Hub located in the heart of Berlin. Our company is dedicated to becoming the global leader in online food ordering, currently operating in over 50 countries and delivering millions of meals each month. As a member of the Regional Shops team, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability. You will work closely with local teams, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and lead a high-performing commercial team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top regional partners
  • Create a strategy to expand our partner portfolio
  • Gather feedback from top partners and use it to improve our products and marketing
  • Establish processes and guidelines for local teams to increase partner sales
  • Develop a new process structure to scale Shops regionally
  • Collaborate with our Local team to ensure growth and scalability
