Here in our Augusta, Maine office we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time (25 hours a week) Monday-Friday 9 am-2 pm.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by helping to expose businesses listings for sale and converting business owner leads into seller contacts.
You will be stationed at your own desk to answer incoming phone calls, schedule phone appointments meetings, & office visits with our Brokers & clients.
You will manage our CRM (Customer Relationship Program), and Google Calendar.You will also help with bulk mailers, and enter into the field with our Executive Marketing Assistant to meet with & distribute to business owners our firm's information.
Pay is $16.50 per hour with a 1-week bonus paycheck every time a listing sells. Our employees receive a paid 30-minute lunch. We do not hold back the first week's pay. A newly hired Marketing Assistant will be paid every Friday, beginning the very first week worked.The following 6 Holidays are paid days off:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Ideal applicants should possess strong verbal communication & writing skills, and have a good attention to detail. They must be prompt to work, and follow our dress code of business casual.
