- Assist residents with daily tasks such as housekeeping, meal prep, and grooming.
- Supervise and ensure residents' safety.
- Offer emotional support and companionship.
- Transport residents to and from NBI Ranch using company vehicle.
- Enforce rules and policies for residents.
- Organize group activities.
- Provide information on community resources.
- Monitor residents' activities and whereabouts.
- Fulfill reasonable resident and manager requests.
- Offer daily reports on residents' progress to clinicians.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
- Assist in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Preferably a High School Diploma.
- Associate diploma or undergraduate degree desired.
- Prior experience in mental health, with hospital experience as a bonus.
- Minimum age of 18.
