Administrative Assistant (f/m/d) Ref. 2023_004
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating databases (SAP and Production Approvals) and coordinating with the Section Manager, Applicant Services, and team members
- Managing audit findings and coordinating with auditors
- Drafting approval letters and certificates, coordinating approvals, notifying approval holders, and organizing and filing technical documentation
- Managing functional mailboxes for Production Approvals
- Coordinating operational meetings
Professional Skills:
- Familiarity with document handling procedures
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in English drafting and editing
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to collaborate effectively
