Job Description:


As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our departments.

Your efficient and timely support will contribute to the success of our team and help us achieve our objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating databases (SAP and Production Approvals) and coordinating with the Section Manager, Applicant Services, and team members
  • Managing audit findings and coordinating with auditors
  • Drafting approval letters and certificates, coordinating approvals, notifying approval holders, and organizing and filing technical documentation
  • Managing functional mailboxes for Production Approvals
  • Coordinating operational meetings

Professional Skills:

  • Familiarity with document handling procedures
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficient in English drafting and editing
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
