Counselor Case Manager, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
. Responsible for providing whole-person services to clients participating in the Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation Program, including 1:1 sessions, case management assistance, and the presentation of evidence-based group programming.

Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with team members, other LSSI programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, wholeperson care and services to clients.
- Maintain a caseload of five (5) to eight (8) clients.
- Present weekly groups, founded in evidencebased practices.
- Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned caseload.
- Provide case management services, including appropriate linkages and referrals.
- Provide support coverage to Kenmore Healthy Start Recovery Home clients, as needed.
- Ensure all documentation is complete in a timely manner.
- Meet productivity requirements identified by LSSI.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 13 years of experience in substance use field preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
- Annual TB test required.
- CADC or must obtain CADC within 18 month of hire date.
- Trained and proficient in the use of an electronic health care record required.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
