Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to help with the daily operations of our flagship location.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with the General Manager and clinical staff to ensure the smooth functioning of our patient-centric model.

This role requires outstanding communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in daily center operations for both clinical and administrative staff
  • Ensure completion of patient paperwork and payment processing
  • Assisting the General Manager with staff scheduling and training and performance
management

  • Supporting the General Manager with compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPPA regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation standards
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of
surgical equipment and supplies

  • Assist with financial reconciliation and operational compliance
  • Assist with addressing operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Enhance patient experience through effective communication and satisfaction
management

  • Assist with Reputation Managmentr for online presence and social media engagement
  • Actively participate in social media videos to provide information about our facility and showcase the vibrant culture and environment at Squlpt
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to clients/ patients
