    Position Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as primary point of contact for municipal and franchise utilities during design and construction.
    • Prepare and maintain utility coordination documentation including correspondence, Utility record information, relocations plans, and relocation information.
    • Work with internal team members and municipal and/or franchise utilities to schedule utility meetings, develop agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
    • Review drawings and perform engineering coordination with design staff to support utility coordination on project sites.
    • Effectively communicates and coordinates with the Project Engineer and other PEC Divisions.
    • Serve as liaison between design team, contractor, utility companies, and client during construction.
    • Ability to organize and handle multiple project assignments.
    • Ability to work independently and with others, with a minimum level of supervision.
    Qualifications:
    • 2 to 4 years of related experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • High degree of organization and accountability
