We need to improve some things in a house for rent. The actions would be the following:
- Replace existing flooring with wood-look ceramic tiles (two bedrooms, living room, and hallway), including baseboards
- Change doors, two swing doors and three sliding doors
- Replace a small window
- Paint the entire house (including some minor repairs on walls and/or ceilings)
- Replace gas boiler with electric water heater, disconnecting the gas installation
- Remove a damaged built-in closet and fix the wall behind it.

The house is located in Villaverde.
