Our client, an international service company, is looking for a Sales Manager New Business (m/f/d) for expanding their customer base (DACH) in the banking and insurance sector.
The position reports directly to the international management and offers great potential for development.
Your responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy
- Building the pipeline in line with the overall business strategy
- Market mapping and go-to-market strategy
- End-to-end process responsibility from initial contact to signing
- Establishing internal networks with other departments to leverage synergies
- Accountability for achieving targets and adhering to budget
- Optimization and establishment of processes and structures in business development
- Participation in conferences and events within the network
Your profile
- Degree or equivalent education in business, banking or insurance
- More than five years of experience in a similar role and leadership experience due to planned development
- Strong customer orientation and service mentality
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and in an international context
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe
