Our client, an international service company, is looking for a Sales Manager New Business (m/f/d) for expanding their customer base (DACH) in the banking and insurance sector.

The position reports directly to the international management and offers great potential for development.

Your responsibilities

Development and implementation of the sales strategy
Building the pipeline in line with the overall business strategy
Market mapping and go-to-market strategy
End-to-end process responsibility from initial contact to signing
Establishing internal networks with other departments to leverage synergies
Accountability for achieving targets and adhering to budget
Optimization and establishment of processes and structures in business development
Participation in conferences and events within the network

Your profile

Degree or equivalent education in business, banking or insurance
More than five years of experience in a similar role and leadership experience due to planned development
Strong customer orientation and service mentality
Excellent communication skills across all levels and in an international context
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe
