    Are you ready to take on an exciting role as an Assistant Nurse Manager in the Medical Cardiovascular department at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance Hospital located in beautiful Torrance, CA? This dynamic full-time position entails working 8-hour shifts.

    As the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), you will play a key role in supporting the nurse manager with planning, organizing, and evaluating unit services. Collaborating closely with the nurse manager, you will take on 24/7 responsibility for unit management and staffing. Your duties will include overseeing unit functions, interpreting policies and regulations, and ensuring high standards of nursing care.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, to be obtained within 3 years of accepting the position.
    • California Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification needed upon hire.
    • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in either an acute care hospital or Acute Rehabilitation facility.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Specialty certification such as CRRN is a plus.
    • Prior experience as a Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience.
