About us:
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our team at Ewa Gentry.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and directing the shift staff, organizing work processes and scheduling shift employees.

You will also be responsible for training and evaluating employees, ensuring compliance with all regulations related to equipment and workplace safety, cleanliness, and environmental protection.

Other duties include managing production and filling plans, coordinating raw materials, starting recipes on time, and ensuring adherence to recipe guidelines.

You will also oversee product filling, packaging, and shipping, as well as monitor wastewater systems and coordinate waste disposal.

In the event of any incidents, you will be responsible for taking appropriate action and reporting according to company procedures.

Additionally, you will work closely with technical assistants and coordinate with external contractors for any necessary work permits. Collaboration with colleagues from other departments is also an important aspect of this role.

You will be responsible for optimizing processes and conducting risk assessments, as well as ensuring compliance with quality management, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety standards.
