For this position, we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive practical engineering experience, including previous experience in a supervisory role managing a team.
  • Experience with automated equipment, such as packaging machinery, sortation systems, and conveyor systems.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German at CEFR Level C1 or higher (fluent) and English at CEFR Level B2 or higher (upper intermediate).


We are seeking motivated individuals with a customer-focused mindset to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager (M/F/d) at our site in Großenkneten, Germany (near Cloppenburg / Oldenburg).


The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager will oversee a team of engineering technicians, ensuring a strong focus on safety through training, development, and coaching.

They will also be responsible for maintaining high equipment availability by conducting preventative maintenance and ensuring adherence to internal processes and procedures.
