We are currently looking for a Sales Area Manager (m/f/d) in the Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, Lower Saxony, and Hesse regions to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

In your first year, you will already hold a leadership position as a senior employee (m/f/d)
Responsible for a sales area with 5-6 stores
Implementation and monitoring of the NORMA concept
Hiring, development, and scheduling of your staff
Economic planning, organization, and controlling in terms of business key figures

Your profile:

Degree in business administration from a university, technical college, or vocational academy
Confident appearance
Willingness to perform
Desire to take on leadership responsibility
