Description
We are looking for support for a client in Skiatook, OK as part of a temporary employment.
PAYMENTS ADMINISTRATOR (M/F/D):
Responsibilities:
- You will work in the daily operations of your department, where you will handle all invoicingrelated tasks for invoices, travel expenses, and expenses (including corporate credit cards).
- You will review, allocate, and book invoices, travel expenses, and expenses and process the corresponding payments.
- You will perform all monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities (e.g. all relevant bookings and balance confirmations).
- You will work with internal and external interfaces (e.g. Tax, HR, Financial Account & Controls, and IT).
- You will be the point of contact for operational daily business (e.g. returns, special case handling, and technical questions).
- You will support the Payments specialist in developing concepts (e.g. implementing system requirements due to regulatory changes).
- You will work on guidelines, work instructions, and process documentation to minimize the risk of findings in internal and external controls.
Requirements:
- You have a degree in business administration or a commercial education.
- Knowledge of the IT system landscape in the CoE Procurement & Payments, preferably SAP.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Versatile knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
