Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update digital client folders
  • Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and taking payments
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency required for Outlook, Teams and program navigation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in clerical work or administrative support is beneficial
  • Familiarity with insurance industry lingo is a plus

Requirements:

Job Types:
