    **Job Description**

    We are looking for a Corporate Event Sales Manager to join our VIVANT For Business team. Companies and groups around the world find VIVANT Experiences a great way to learn, celebrate, bring people together and thank their employees, customers and partners. Your mission will be to grow our footprint in the with companies, groups and partners in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) and Corporate Gifting markets. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and closing opportunities in the eastern part of the United States.

    Create and execute a sales plan and strategy to target and close accounts across the eastern half of the United States.

    Develop and manage a pipeline of new sales opportunities with companies, groups and partner to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Together with our Production team, design and implement customized Experiences for specific client needs.

    Collaborate with our customer care and customer delivery teams to ensure receipt of Tasting Kits by all participants.

    Become educated and stay up-to-date on our portfolio of Experiences, responsible winemakers and wine regions around the world.

    Study, train, and become certified on the VIVANT experiences platform.

    Build and foster relationships with partners to scale marketing and sales of Private Experiences.

    **Qualifications**

    3+ years of experience in B2B sales with businesses, associations and large groups.

    Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business or equivalent field.

    Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 2+, Certified Sommelier, Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) or equivalent training.

    Demonstrated ability to develop a sales pipeline and meet sales targets.

    Hands on experience building channel partner relationships to generate sales in MICE and Corporate Gifting.

    Ability to multitask and liaise with a multitude of internal and external partners to improve our product.

    A highly organized and autonomous way of working.

    Proficiency in Salesforce or other similar CRM systems.

    Mastery of English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and "get it done mindset.

    High energy, determined, won't take no for an answer personality.
