Responsibilities:

  • You serve and advise customers in general payment transactions
  • You are responsible for general customer service in the service business
  • Actively approaching customers and referring them to responsible private customer advisors is also part of your job
  • You also introduce customers (m/f/d) to savings account components

Profile:

  • You have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or an equivalent commercial training
  • Ideally, you have basic knowledge of banking
  • You enjoy working with people and are very sociable and communicative
  • Good manners are a given for you

  • Hourly wage from euros / depending on professional experience
  • Parttime work is also possible
