Human Resources Administrator (m/f/gn)

Your responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly payroll including reporting, contribution calculations, and tax declarations
Reconciliation of payroll accounts and participation in year-end closing
Management of personnel files and maintenance of master data
Processing of employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of employment contracts, training plans, references, etc.
Issuing of certificates
Support in applicant management
