IT System Electronics Technician - Mansfield, United States - Aurora Technologies
Description
As a system electronics/electrician, you will support our onsite team in the Erlangen/Forchheim area with various tasks, including the maintenance of building automation systems, installation of servers in data centers, network and SAN cabling, firmware management, fiber optic installation, hardware system configuration, operating system installation, network configuration, documentation, and reporting.
In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of UPS systems, switch boxes, telephone systems, printers, and access points.
What we are looking for...
Completed training as a system electronics/electrician with IT knowledge or equivalent qualification
Experience in maintaining building automation systems and setting up servers in data centers
Knowledge of network cabling, particularly fiber optic installation
Ability to configure and administer operating systems
Familiarity with network configuration and basic reporting
Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
Good communication skills (German, English) and a team-oriented mindset
