Become our
Team Leader Sales Support and Service (m/f/d)


We are looking for an excellent team leader (m/f/d) for our customer support in sales support and service, with the support of the sales manager.

  • Coordination of the 5person team: consisting of sales support and aftersales
  • You are the extended arm of our sales manager and ensure smooth order processing with your team
  • You are responsible for customer care (via telephone, email, as well as through marketplaces and portals)
  • You support in creating offers, order confirmations, order tracking, and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • You play a key role in implementing automation (EDI, Elements, etc.) of order processes between our customers and IT
  • Monitoring of order inventory and delivery through our logistics partner is also part of your responsibilities. You are also the communicative link between WALSER and logistics.
  • Collaboration with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and logistics is a breeze for you

What you bring to the table:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Your experience in sales support, customer service, and preferably logistics makes you versatile
  • You have a high affinity for the photo and imaging industry, as well as a good technical understanding
  • We expect solid knowledge of a merchandise management system and a confident handling of MS
