Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing modernization projects from start to finish.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage training and development of field technicians on established processes, tools and standards
  • Actively participate in field surveys for prospective modernization projects and be involved in the preparation modernization proposals and bids.
  • Must be able to determine the scope of work required and manpower needed to complete the project in a timely and profitable manner.
  • Foster excellent communication among team members while maintaining good working relationships with the local union
  • Assure that each modernization project meets Company quality and safety standards, as well as all contract requirements.
  • Monitor job completion and drive efficiency
  • Implement customer and Company requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety for modernization projects
  • Support the local sales team in estimating modernization bids and investigating and resolving customer complaints

Pay:
$107, $135,000.00 per year
