    Description

    Title: Technical Sales Engineer
    Location: Arlington Heights, IL
    Duration: Permanent
    Salary: 65k - 95k (salary commensurate with experience)
    Travel: 50%

    Qualifications:

    • BS Degree in Engineering
    • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a technical sales environment. Selling a technically oriented product along with experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of AC/DC motors and gear motors a plus
    • Good at managing tasks and follow-through skills
    • Experienced in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
    • Strong mechanical design skills with the ability to read mechanical drawings
    Responsibilities:
    • Maintains business relationship with existing customers and soliciting new customers
    • Identify and track sales opportunities for planned projects
    • Prepare job quotes and product samples for customers
    • Work with other sales representatives to resolve any customer complaints and provide after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
