Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program.
This role is multi-faceted and in you will do many things, such as:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
- Review status of projects; manage schedules and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and clientsatisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participate in and establish program plan requirements, and monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that objectives are met
- Perform assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives
- Recommend changes to team policies
- Develop solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. May refer to policies, procedures and practices.
- Work under only general direction; independently determine and develop approach to solutions
- Plan schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives
- Represent organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
- Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, tact and judgement are required
- Ability to manage a small and diverse team
- A proven ability to work independently without oversight on task completion, coordinating with customer stakeholders as needed
- Technical aptitude and demonstrated problem solving experience
- Bachelor's Degree
