Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team

We are looking for an individual who is able to work
Second-Shift pm) Must be available to work weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provides highquality customer service.
  • Handles guest reservations.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls.
  • Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
  • Handles guest checkins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
  • Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • At least 22 years of age, per auto insurance requirement. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
