Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team

We are looking for an individual who is able to work
Second-Shift pm) Must be available to work weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides highquality customer service.
Handles guest reservations.
Answers and transfers phone calls.
Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
Handles guest checkins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
At least 22 years of age, per auto insurance requirement. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
