ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Analyst to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making and program improvements.

You will play a critical role in updating and managing our databases; including SharePoint, Salesforce, and Apricot; ensuring data integrity and accessibility for team members.

Responsibilities:

Collect and compile data from various sources, including educational programs, community services, and organizational operations.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Maintain and update data systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, and Apricot) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
Develop and implement data collection processes and data management systems.
Generate and distribute regular reports on program outcomes, performance metrics, and other key indicators.
Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Provide technical support and training to staff on data management tools and best practices.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data analysis, database management, or a related role.
Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, and/or Apricot.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to nontechnical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in the nonprofit sector and familiarity with education or community development programs is preferred.

Compensation:
$62,000.00 per year
