We are experts in IT personnel and commercial professionals in temporary employment and service and work contracts. Our clients include IT system houses, IT manufacturers, and IT service providers.

Our client is Europe's largest telecommunications company.

It offers solutions and services for the automotive industry, telecommunications, the financial sector, trade, media, energy and manufacturing industries, as well as public administration and healthcare.

For our client, we are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the position of Telekom Shop Salesperson (m/f/d).

RESPONSIBILITIES

You conduct salesoriented consultations with customers and are responsible for the attractive presentation of products in the sales rooms.
You sell standard products and services (including the cash register process) and clarify customer concerns.
You process customer orders and handle requests for goodwill.
You support sales measures and independently update the required expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, you have completed training and/or have professional experience in retail or sales (e.g. as a salesperson (m/f/d), specialist salesperson (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d), etc.), but career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
Enjoyment of selling technical products and solutions from the mobile communications sector or the telecommunications environment.
Knowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire it.
A wellgroomed appearance as well as sales and negotiation skills.
Good German skills and basic knowledge of English.
