Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.

This includes coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion within budget and timeline constraints.


Duties:

• Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
• Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and address any concerns Experience:
• Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in project coordination and construction estimating
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Location: We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications. This is a fulltime position.
