YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project development, strategic project management and control, as well as planning and implementation of interesting construction projects for the federal government, including various types such as residential buildings, fire stations, embassy buildings, technical buildings, accommodation buildings, and administrative buildings both domestically and internationally
  • Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality during the construction process, strong awareness of cost-effectiveness, goal-oriented thinking and action, identification of potential for optimization, and fulfilling the role of the client
  • Supervision of freelance architects and engineers
  • Providing construction-related advice to various federal agencies
  • Facilitating communication between project stakeholders
  • Managing internal project teams
