Responsibilities:

As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG, Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH (MBLD) is responsible for and drives the future of the leasing business in the German market.

Since its founding in December 2020, our independent leasing company has been filled with life, and we have recently launched our "Go-Live" to start our operational leasing business.

The advertised position is a leadership role. In terms of content, you will be responsible for E2E testing and digital touchpoints at MBLD.

These challenges await you:

**Team leadership: - Leading, motivating, and developing team members

Being a personal and professional contact person within the team and taking on coaching tasks
Participating in management meetings and exchanging or coordinating with other E4 areas

**Responsibility for E2E testing and digital touchpoints at MBLD: - Overall testing and release responsibility for the MBLD leasing platform and MBLD leasing products (B2B, B2C & payment services)
