Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls and other surfaces before painting
• Mix and match colors for touchups and complete projects
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Repair and restore damaged areas with sheetrock
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements
• Work with schematics to determine project layout
• Install fixtures as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter
• Proficiency in masonry, drywall, stucco, and carpentry work
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of fixture installation techniques

MUST KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH SHEETROCK TAPE AND COMPOUND AS WELL AS PLASTER
