    About the Position:

    Are you passionate about maintaining a clean and welcoming environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated custodian to join our team. The role of the custodian is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are impeccably maintained both internally and externally. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in building upkeep and exceptional attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Keep buildings and property clean and organized.
    • Maintain outer premises by tending to plants, and ensuring corridors and entrances are pristine.
    • Perform daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
    • Empty trash receptacles on a daily basis.
    • Ensure proper sanitization and restocking of restroom facilities.
    • Dust furniture, walls, and equipment regularly.
    • Utilize preferred cleaning solutions for windows, mirrors, and partitions.
    • Prepare and mix cleaning solutions according to instructions.
    • Handle cleaning chemicals and machinery with care to prevent damage.
    • Polish fixtures and furniture as needed.
    • Carry out carpet and rug cleaning tasks as necessary.
    • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies efficiently.
    • Communicate effectively with Community Managers regarding maintenance needs.
    • Perform other duties and tasks as required.
    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Skills and Experience Required:
    • Familiarity with standard cleaning methods and procedures.
    • Physical capabilities to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
    • Ability to handle repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.
    • Experience using various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
    • Proficiency in managing and utilizing cleaning chemicals safely.
    • Awareness of safety regulations related to occupational hazards.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Capability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and climb ladders.
