    About Communities First, Inc.: Communities First, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Michigan dedicated to enhancing communities by focusing on economic development, affordable housing, and innovative programming.


    Custodian Job Opportunity:

    • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of facilities
    • Prior experience in building upkeep and attention to detail required


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Keep buildings and property clean and organized
    • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
    • Maintain restroom facilities and other common areas
    • Handle inventory of cleaning supplies
    • Report any maintenance or repair needs to Community Managers


    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures
    • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
    • Strong communication skills
    • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
