Job Description Responsibility for network planning content, budget calculation and approval, as well as the construction of all new development areas within the assigned geographical region, including documentation and billing.

Management of new construction projects as well as cross-functional coordination and management of service providers.

Preparation and solicitation of bids and commissioning of service providers (network construction) within the calculated budget limits with responsibility for compliance.

Ensuring the material supply of new development areas. Concluding transfer/purchase or lease agreements for the necessary properties or lines.

Technical cooperation with construction managers and service providers within construction projects with the aim of timely completion of new development areas.

Qualifications Preferably a completed degree, technician/master training or vocational training in the field of engineering, road construction, civil engineering, electrical engineering or a similar field.

Experience in project management or project leadership, ideally in the infrastructure/telecommunications/civil engineering environment. Solid professional experience in project management and control, including supplier management. Knowledge of contract law VOB, ZTVA, TKG, MVAS, RSA desirable.

High level of motivation, goal orientation, negotiation and organizational skills, as well as the ability to keep the company's goals in mind.
