Requirements


You have a passion for natural sciences, experiments, laboratories, enjoy conducting investigations and analyses, and have an interest in chemical processes.

In addition, you enjoy applying chemical and physical procedures and documenting everything accurately. Your qualities include dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, observational accuracy, and a sense of responsibility. These are good prerequisites for training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d).

Job description

The main tasks of a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) include preparing, conducting, documenting, and evaluating chemical investigations and experimental series.

In addition, analyzing substances, separating mixtures of substances, and producing chemical substances are essential tasks of a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d).

Duration and process
The training lasts three and a half years. During this time, you will alternate between practical and theoretical training. The theoretical lessons take place at a corresponding vocational school.

During your practical training, you will work and train at a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Halle Group, Hallesche Wasser und Stadtwirtschaft GmbH.

In addition, you will be deployed at our cooperation partner, AVO (Ausbildungsverbund Olefinpartner gGmbH), to acquire in-depth skills and knowledge.
