For our client, an IT logistics service provider located near Munich, we are currently seeking a 2nd Level IT Support employee (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible.

Your new challenge* You will be the main point of contact for customers and will document in German or English, via email or phone

Collaborate with the team to analyze and identify problems
Act as the crucial interface between customers and departments
Support customers with projects and test IT solutions - no day is the same

What you bring* IT is your passion

Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualification
Familiar with databases, especially SQL
Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
Willingness to participate in on-call duty as part of a team
