Merchandiser - Making sure all product from the distribution center is presented accordingly and driving sales within the produce department at Woodman's North Aurora.


Hours: 5am to 1pm, work schedule will be discussed upon interview (must be available on weekends), Rotating Schedule will be discussed upon hire.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain appropriate levels of product on sales floor
  • Quality control inspections rotate product
  • Organize product in particular patterns
  • Help set up promotional displays
  • Make recommendations for promotional strategies
  • Maintain and track inventory

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
  • Produce experience, preferred
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills
  • Strong communication and interpretation skills
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • May be required to travel to other store locations
  • Must be selfsufficient / selfstarter
Benefits and Compensation
- $17/hour starting rate

  • Pay may increase with experience level
