    Description

    You will oversee the planning, coordinating, and execution of our clients commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and regulations.

    You will manage resources, plan schedules, budgets, and run your team while also serving as a liaison between stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project success.

    Our client is a fast-growing commercial construction company looking for an individual who works well as a team player.

    As doing so, they have built a successful and thriving business model within the company and have established themselves as one of the industry leaders in the commercial space.

    Provide leadership and direction on commercial construction projects
    Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
    Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks
    Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses
    Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments
    Train and develop the Project team and schedule project resources
    5+ years of construction experience
    ~ Strong background in Commercial Construction
    ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    ~ Performance based Bonus potential
    ~ Truck Allowance
