*Pay based on experience.Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Conduct legal research on various estate planning and probate matters.
- Prepare and file probate documents with the court.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
- Organize and maintain client files and case documents.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience working as a paralegal, preferably in estate planning and probate law.
- Strong proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Pay:
From $57,000.00 per year
