Description

We are currently seeking experienced restaurant servers to join our dynamic team.

As a dining room server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests on our first floor dining room, or our third floor, fully open rooftop dining area.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about food and beverages
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue

Requirements:

Proven work experience (at least 2 years) as a restaurant server
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Strong knowledge of food and beverages
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
