The Children's Home of Reading Youth and Family Services is seeking a
Full Time Foster Care Case Manager, servicing the
Berks and surrounding counties.
This is NOT a remote position. You will be required to work hours in the office, field, and home._
PURPOSE:
To provide quality case management services to assigned clients and when appropriate, their families
Primary responsibilities include:
to act as a liaison between the client, The Children's Home of Reading, and referral sources; to represent the agency at court hearings
and/or interagency meetings; to act as an advocate for the client and to coordinate appropriate services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- One (1) year verified experience in case management or counseling with children and families with one (1) year experience. (Drug and alcohol programs one year drug and alcohol experience required.)
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid PA driver's license (or ability to obtain such license), and a good driving record, with proof of auto insurance coverage.
- PA Act 33/34 clearances and DPW FBI clearance.
- Pass all preemployment physical and drug screening
- Must meet all requirements of Title 8, United States Code, Section 1324A of the United States Department of Justice/immigration and Naturalization services Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
