- Continuously assessing patient needs and providing personalized care that meets criteria and follows physician orders
- Reviewing assessments and care plans daily, making recommendations to clinicians as needed
- Coordinating care with various healthcare providers for comprehensive support
- Active RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Valid CPR certification
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience
