Description

Server Tech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Support / Hardware Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by resolving support tickets, testing equipment, and providing internal technical support to other departments within organization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Responding for customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Testing equipment and troubleshooting hardware issues
• Providing technical support to all departments, including shipping and receiving
• Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise HDDs, SSDs, JBODs, Servers, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Experience in a customer support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in typing with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
• Ability to research, understand and guide issues within policies

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
