IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

Operating a ticket system and documenting incidents
Handling all 1st/2nd level support tasks via phone, service desk, remote connection, or on-site
Initial setup of new workstations
Identification and classification of hardware and software issues
Internal hardware and software installation, specifically industrial PCs, forklift terminals, scanners, printers, etc.
Management of the telephone system, setup and administration of mobile devices

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE

Completed education in the IT field
Thorough knowledge in the areas of client and office applications / networks / network services
Prior experience in call handling, documentation, and maintenance, as well as working
