- Update and maintain service records for each vehicle
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company and manufacturer standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Service Writer or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
