- Support customer throughout the lifecycle of the project to include quotes, pricing, PO's, project timelines, status updates and shipping/delivery
- Identifying prospective customers, follow up on potential sales leads and build meaningful relationships with new/existing customers.
- Generate and submit sales reports to management
- Recommend marketing strategies, sales campaigns to generate new business
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or other technical field
- MUST have a valid Drivers License for travel purposes
- Prior experience in manufacturing or automation
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM/Database management
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
