Join our HRZ as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) starting at the earliest possible date, full-time and permanent.

Here, you will operate our infrastructure for providing virtual desktop services and be in direct contact with our users in research, teaching, and administration.

Your tasks in overview Technical conception, planning, implementation planning, implementation, and operation of a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and its end devices Ensuring the operational management, maintenance, expansion, and further development of the VDI and its end devices Market observation and independent development of the service Continuous maintenance, configuration adjustments, as well as analysis and troubleshooting of backend systems/services, including technical documentation PC support (remote and on-site) for our users 2nd level user support/advice as well as professional representation within the group Your qualifications and competencies Completed relevant vocational training in the IT field or equivalent skills and experience acquired through long-term professional activity Extensive practical experience in IT, particularly in
