    Description
    *Position:
    • Maintenance Technician
    *Location:
    • Garner, NC
    *Pay: *$30/hr

    *Experience: *Related experience desired

    *Education:
    • High school diploma or GED; certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is a plus
    *Type:
    • Full-time; Contract
    *Schedule: *Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    *Greene Resources *is seeking a *Maintenance Technician* to join a growing and dynamic team

    *Job Description:


    • Perform maintenance on electrical systems and cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels
    • Assist in the setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems
    • Maintain heating and plumbing systems for optimal functionality
    • Inspect and schedule repairs for alarm systems (fire, protection, etc.)
    • Conduct manual repairs as needed, such as fixing locks and replacing windows
    • Handle pest control activities, including insecticide spraying
    • Execute general upkeep procedures and perform assigned tasks such as painting and carpentry
    • Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to it
    *Position Requirements:


    • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems knowledge
    • Plumbing repair and maintenance
    • Carpentry skills
    • Knowledge of general maintenance tools and equipment
    • Budget management skills
    • Landscaping and grounds keeping techniques
    • Basic understanding of hydraulic systems

    Application Question(s):
