    Job Summary:

    The Web Developer is tasked with bringing their expertise in and comprehensive knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ) to our team. This role requires a deep commitment to crafting high-performance web applications and services.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    None.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications & services.
    • Integrate AI and machine learning models into web applications.
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design vision into functional web applications.
    • Lead the full development lifecycle, from concept through deployment.
    • Ensure that all web applications comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Maintains up to date knowledge of the latest web development best practices.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).
    • Proficient in JavaScript and front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3.
    • Demonstrated experience in integrating AI and machine learning technologies into web applications.
    • Familiarity with database design and management using MongoDB.
    • Experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologies.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Proficient with Google Suite or related software.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in a related field preferred.
    • Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required.
    • Proven record of website development.

    Work Environment:

    This position collaborates closely with web developers, coders, and the digital marketing team. It involves working in an office environment and may require occasional travel for industry conferences or team meetings.
