Have you completed further training as a practice instructor or are you already taking on practice instructing tasks? In this course, you will update and reflect on your nursing pedagogical skills.

Update and reflect on nursing pedagogical skillsPractice instructors play a central role in facilities with a nursing care mandate and face great challenges.

Trainees and new employees in various training and qualification programs, with different backgrounds, diverse educational backgrounds, and different ages, will shape and change the image of future practice instructors.

Pedagogical activities such as instructing, advising, evaluating, planning, and organizing determine the daily work of practice instructors.
With the Nursing Professions Act, clear qualification requirements are placed on practice instructors.

The qualification as a practice instructor must be demonstrated to the responsible authority in addition to further training of at least 300 hours through continuous, in particular, vocational pedagogical further training of
at least 24 hours annually.


A structured familiarization and guidance is essential with regard to the topic of employee retention. This, in turn, requires that practice instructors continuously update and reflect on their acquired nursing pedagogical skills.


In accordance with the wishes and specific needs of the practice, we design our further training courses with variable hours and content.
