Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. As a Builder, this is a hands-on role that requires expertise in multiple areas.


Duties:

• Plan and build jobs to ensure customers' total satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with other builders and sales staff on best practices of products and continuous training with new team members as needed (all training will be provided)
• Maintain company vehicle and tools
• As the face of the company develop and maintain a positive supportive attitude towards customers at all times
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Interaction with the sales team and or project manager to discuss the build and go over all related information/pictures etc.
• Inventory management. Ensure all materials and custom items are in the warehouse ready for the job and returned to the warehouse if unused
• Loading vehicle with all material needed for each build project
• Set up job site in a safe and efficient manner
• Layout/plan the enclosure build
• Cut, assemble and install all components of the job
• Connect louvers / retractables to designated power
• Ensuring the job site is clean at all times
• Computer literacy needed as you will be updating status of project and ordering inventory at times
• Work closely with warehouse manager to stay organized and efficient
• Payment collection as needed
• As needed: Set up and take down trade shows or displays

Project Manager and General Manager

Note:

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
